The Suffield Wildcats (West Suffield, CT) basketball felled the visiting Whitney RVT Owls (Hamden, CT), 63-52 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (13-9) will now prepare for their test against Windsor Locks (Windsor Locks, CT). The Raiders go into the non-league test with a 10-11 record. In their last test, Windsor Locks thwarted Hale Ray (Moodus, CT), 49-48, in a non-league test.
The Owls now own a 17-6 record.
