Utah High School Lacrosse - Payson held off by Orem

Orem Tigers (Orem, UT) boosters exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the visiting Payson Lions (Payson, UT), 8-7 in a non-league battle.

The Tigers now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Box Elder for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 12.

In their next game, the Lions clash with the Lehi Pioneers (Lehi, UT) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 15. Payson will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Pioneers come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 12-11 non-league loss to Salem Hills (Salem, UT).
