Desert Hills Thunder (St. George, UT) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Manti Templars (Manti, UT), 6-3 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Thunder confront the Morgan Trojans (Morgan, UT) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 11. Desert Hills will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Hurricane (Hurricane, UT).
The Templars now possess a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Crimson Cliffs for a 4A Region 10 challenge on Friday, March 11. Manti will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Juan Diego Catholic (Draper, UT). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-0.
