The Curry Yellowjackets softball team (Jasper, AL), was routed 8-4 in Thursday's non-league test with the visiting Vestavia Hills Rebels (Vestavia Hills, AL)

Coming up next, the Rebels encounter the Oak Mountain Eagles (Birmingham, AL) in a 7A Area 6 test, on Tuesday, March 15. Vestavia Hills will attempt to improve on its 9-4 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 6-6 record after their 15-2 league loss to Hewitt-Trussville (Trussville, AL).

The Yellowjackets (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Hanceville (Hanceville, AL). The Bulldogs come into the 4A Area 11 test with a 0-8 record. In their last test, Hanceville was routed by Good Hope (Cullman, AL), 19-4, in a league test.
