The Argyle Eagles baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the host Aubrey Chaparrals to 0 in the Eagles non-league victory on Friday.
The Eagles (9-3) will now prepare for their match against Brewer (Fort Worth, TX). The Bears go into the non-league match with a 3-3 record. In their last match, Brewer was overwhelmed by Denton (Denton, TX), 4-1, in a non-league match.
The Chaparrals (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Panther Creek (Frisco, TX). The Panthers go into the 4A Region II District 11 match with a 2-8 record.
