The Grapevine Mustangs got by the host Aubrey Chaparrals baseball team by a count of 4-3 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Mustangs now possess a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to V.R. Eaton for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 11. Grapevine will face a Eagles team coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Braswell (Little Elm, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 4-2.
Next, the Chaparrals face the Argyle Eagles (Argyle, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 10. Aubrey will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 7-3 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Southside (Batesville, AR).
