In Friday's non-league game, the host Erwin Warriors baseball team scored a tight 5-3 victory over the North Henderson Knights.

The Knights (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Hendersonville (Hendersonville, NC). The Bearcats go into the non-league game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Hendersonville tipped East Henderson (East Flat Rock, NC), 6-2, in a non-league game.
