In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Fort Bend Marshall Buffalos baseball team scored a tight 7-6 victory over the Spring Woods Tigers.
The Buffalos (3-5) will now prepare for their game against Cypress Springs (Cypress, TX). The Panthers go into the non-league game with a 6-5 record. In their last game, Cypress Springs tipped Heights (Houston, TX), 10-3, in a non-league game.
