In Friday's non-league match, the host Africentric Early College Nubians basketball team scored a good 55-37 triumph over the Wheelersburg Pirates.
In their next game, the Nubians meet the Chippewa Chipps (Doylestown, OH) in a non-league match, on Saturday, March 11. Africentric Early College will attempt to better on its 20-4 season record. The Chipps enter the match with a 25-4 record after their 60-50 non-league win over Margaretta (Castalia, OH).
With the defeat, Wheelersburg moves to 24-3 on the year.
