The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Northwood Chargers (Pittsboro, NC) and the visiting Corinth Holders Pirates (Wendell, NC), saw Northwood's lacrosse team overcome Corinth Holders by a margin of 17-9.

The Chargers (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against East Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, NC). The Wildcats enter the DAC-VII/N. Lakes Athletic/Central/Mid-Carolina challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, East Chapel Hill beat Ravenscroft (Raleigh, NC), 18-4, in a non-league challenge.

The Pirates (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC). The Buccaneers enter the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Jack Britt was overwhelmed by Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC), 20-2, in a league challenge.
