Columbus Explorers (Miami, FL) followers exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host Canterbury Cougars (Fort Myers, FL), 10-4 in a non-league battle.
The Explorers now have a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Palo Verde for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 14. Columbus will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to Mater Dei (Santa Ana, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 0-1.
In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Community School of Naples Seahawks (Naples, FL) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 14. Canterbury will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Seahawks come into the battle with a 6-1 record after their 12-5 league win over Western (Davie, FL).
