In Friday's non-league battle, the visiting Stratford Knights soccer squad scored a close 3-2 triumph over the James Island Trojans.
The Knights (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against West Ashley (Charleston, SC). The Wildcats come into the non-league battle with a 5-1 record.
The Trojans (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against May River (Bluffton, SC). The Sharks come into the AAAA Region 7 battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, May River nudged Beaufort (Beaufort, SC), 4-3, in a non-league battle.
