The Corona del Sol Aztecs softball team scored 13 runs and limited the host American Leadership Academy - West Foothills Guardians to 1 in the Aztecs non-league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Corona del Sol improves its record to 4-4 on the year. The Aztecs travel to Cienega (Vail, AZ) to clash with the Bobcats in a non-league game on Friday, March 10. American Leadership Academy - West Foothills will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Phoenix come into the game with a 5-2 record after their 15-1 non-league loss to Heritage Academy (Laveen, AZ).
