New Mexico High School Softball - Alamogordo bounces Cobre

Spectators at Friday's non-league match between the Alamogordo Tigers (Alamogordo, NM) and the host Cobre Indians (Bayard, NM), witnessed Alamogordo's softball squad prevail over Cobre by a count of 14-0.

The Tigers now sport a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Organ Mountain for a non-league match on Saturday, March 11. Alamogordo will face a Knights squad coming off a 14-9 non-league win over Cleveland (Rio Rancho, NM). The Knights record now stands at 7-0.

With the loss, Cobre moves to 2-2 on the season. The Indians travel to Cleveland (Rio Rancho, NM) to face the Storm in a non-league match on Saturday, March 11. The Storm go into the match with a record of 2-4. Cleveland lost 14-9 in their recent non-league match against Organ Mountain (Las Cruces, NM)
