California High School Softball - Edison nudges Bishop Gorman

Edison Chargers (Huntington Beach, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Bishop Gorman Gaels (Las Vegas, NV), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Chargers now own a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Clovis for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 10. Edison will battle a Cougars squad coming off a 13-3 non-league win over Copper Hills (West Jordan, UT). The Cougars record now stands at 5-1.

With the loss, Bishop Gorman falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Gaels travel to Bishop O'Dowd (Oakland, CA) to battle the Dragons in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 10. The Dragons enter the challenge with a record of 3-2. Bishop O'Dowd won 10-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Sierra Vista (Las Vegas, NV)
