The Prince of Peace Eagles (Carrollton, TX) softball the host Commerce Tigers (Commerce, TX), 4-0 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Eagles (4-8) will now prepare for their bout against McKinney Christian Academy (McKinney, TX). The Mustangs go into the TAPPS Division II District 1 bout with a 0-0 record.

The Tigers now possess a 2-5 record. They play next when they host Rains for a 3A Region II District 12 bout on Tuesday, March 14. Commerce will confront a Wildcats squad coming off a 12-0 league win over Grand Saline (Grand Saline, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 14-6.
