The Lightning now sport a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Edgewood Academy for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 10. Evangel Christian will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 7-2 non-league win over Hooper Academy (Hope Hull, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-5.

With the loss, Macon-East Montgomery Academy falls to 3-2 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Evangel Christian (Alabaster, AL) to face the Lightning in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 4. The Lightning enter the challenge with a record of 9-4.
