The Hilton Head Island Seahawks lacrosse squad scored 22 points and limited the visiting Savannah Christian Raiders to 4 in the Seahawks non-league triumph on Monday.
The Seahawks now own a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to May River for a 4A challenge on Thursday, March 13. Hilton Head Island will clash with a Sharks squad coming off a 20-2 league win over Beaufort (Beaufort, SC). The Sharks record now stands at 4-1.
With the loss, Savannah Christian falls to 2-3 on the year. The Raiders travel to South Effingham (Guyton, GA) to clash with the Mustangs in a 2A Area 4 challenge on Thursday, March 13. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a record of 1-1. South Effingham won 12-11 in their recent non-league challenge against May River (Bluffton, SC)
