The Sanger Apaches baseball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting McLane Highlanders to 0 in the Apaches non-league win on Monday.

The Apaches now hold a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Kingsburg for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 11. Sanger will play a Vikings team coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Lemoore (Lemoore, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 5-0.

With the defeat, McLane drops to 0-2 on the year. The Highlanders travel to Roosevelt (Fresno, CA) to play the Rough Riders in a test on Friday, March 14. The Rough Riders go into the test with a record of 1-1.
