The Lake Norman Charter Knights lacrosse squad scored 8 points and limited the host Legion Collegiate Academy Lancers to 7 in the Knights non-league triumph on Monday.

The Knights now own a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northwest Guilford for a non-league outing on Thursday, March 13. Lake Norman Charter will face a Vikings squad coming off a 22-7 non-league win over Myers Park (Charlotte, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Legion Collegiate Academy falls to 1-5 on the year. The Lancers travel to South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC) to face the Sabres in a non-league outing on Tuesday, March 11. The Sabres go into the outing with a record of 0-4. South Mecklenburg lost 15-4 in their recent non-league outing against Nation Ford (Fort Mill, SC)
