The St. Anne-Pacelli Vikings (Columbus, GA) soccer nipped the host Central Red Devils (Phenix City, AL), 3-2 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Vikings now hold a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Strong Rock Christian for a GIAA AAA/AAAA District 5 challenge on Thursday, March 13. St. Anne-Pacelli will encounter a Patriots squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Central Georgia Arts (Macon, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 7-0.
With the loss, Central moves to 7-3 on the year. The Red devils travel to Opelika (Opelika, AL) to encounter the Bulldogs in a 7A Area 4 challenge on Thursday, March 13. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a record of 2-8. Opelika won 5-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Russell County (Seale, AL)
