The Archie Williams Peregrine Falcons edged the visiting Salesian College Preparatory Pride softball squad by a count of 1-0 in Monday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Peregrine Falcons play the Alhambra Bulldogs (Martinez, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 11. Archie Williams will attempt to upgrade on its 4-0 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 12-10 non-league loss to Petaluma (Petaluma, CA).
The Pride (0-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Albany (Albany, CA). The Cougars enter the Tri-County - Rock challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Albany edged St. Patrick-St. Vincent (Vallejo, CA), 20-0, in a league challenge.
