The Hackleburg Panthers softball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Belgreen Bulldogs to 1 in the Panthers league win on Monday.

The Panthers now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Vina for a 1A Area 13 battle on Tuesday, March 11. Hackleburg will confront a Red Devils team coming off a 17-4 non-league loss to Covenant Christian (Tuscumbia, AL). The Red Devils record now stands at 4-7.

With the loss, Belgreen moves to 9-6 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Sulligent (Sulligent, AL) to confront the Blue Devils in a non-league battle on Thursday, March 13. The Blue Devils come into the battle with a record of 2-2. Sulligent won 7-6 in their recent non-league battle against Lynn (Lynn, AL)
