The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Canadian Wildcats (Canadian, TX) and the host Sanford-Fritch Eagles (Fritch, TX), observed Canadian's softball team notch a victory over Sanford-Fritch by a final score of 11-3.

The Wildcats (10-3) will now prepare for their bout against Legacy (Wichita Falls, TX). The Leopards go into the non-league bout with a 2-7 record.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Sunray Bobcats (Sunray, TX) in a 2A Region I District 1 bout, on Wednesday, March 12. Sanford-Fritch will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record.
