The Christ the King Crusaders softball team scored 19 runs and held the host North Hills Christian Eagles to 6 in the Crusaders non-league win on Monday.

The Crusaders now possess a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bradford Prep for a Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A battle on Tuesday, March 11. Christ the King will confront a Bears team coming off a 22-19 league win over Langtree Charter Academy (Mooresville, NC). The Bears record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, North Hills Christian moves to 2-3 on the season. The Eagles host Greater Vision Academy (Gibsonville, NC) to confront the Lions in a non-league battle on Thursday, March 13. The Lions come into the battle with a record of 0-0.
