Mississippi High School Softball - Grenada edges Harrison Central

In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Grenada Chargers softball team scored a tight 2-0 win over the Harrison Central Red Rebels.
The Chargers (5-3) will now prepare for their match against Long Beach (Long Beach, MS). The Bearcats come into the non-league match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Long Beach by Harrison Central (Gulfport, MS), 9-5, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Red Rebels battle the Ocean Springs Greyhounds (Ocean Springs, MS) in a 7A Region 4 match, on Thursday, March 13. Harrison Central will attempt to better on its 3-8 season record. The Greyhounds come into the match with a 6-7 record after their 18-15 non-league win over Newton County (Decatur, MS).
