Louisiana High School Softball - University Lab succumbs to Holden

In Monday's non-league test, the Holden Rockets (Holden, LA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting University Lab Cubs (Baton Rouge, LA), by a tally of 16-4.
Next, the Rockets clash with the Mandeville Skippers (Mandeville, LA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, March 11. Holden will attempt to advance on its 7-3 season record. The Skippers go into the test with a 6-1 record after their 16-1 non-league win over Cabrini (New Orleans, LA).
The Cubs (6-6) will now prepare for their test against Madison Prep Academy (Baton Rouge, LA). The go into the 3A District 6 test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, Madison Prep Academy was routed by Edna Karr (New Orleans, LA), 9-6, in a non-league test.
