The Portola Bulldogs softball team scored 18 runs and held the host Orange Panthers to 3 in the Bulldogs non-league win on Monday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Newport Harbor for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 11. Portola will confront a Sailors team coming off a 11-4 non-league loss to San Clemente (San Clemente, CA). The Sailors record now stands at 5-2.

With the loss, Orange moves to 0-5 on the season. The Panthers host Calvary Chapel (Downey, CA) to confront the Grizzlies in a non-league battle on Thursday, March 13. The Grizzlies come into the battle with a record of 1-7. Calvary Chapel lost 10-1 in their recent non-league battle against Bell Gardens (Bell Gardens, CA)
