In Tuesday's non-league bout, the Towson Generals (Towson, MD) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting DeMatha Stags (Hyattsville, MD), by a count of 8-0.
The Generals now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Allentown Central Catholic for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 14.
With the defeat, DeMatha drops to 0-1 on the year. The Stags host Gilman (Baltimore, MD) to clash with the Greyhounds in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 13. The Greyhounds go into the challenge with a record of 3-0. Gilman won 15-9 in their recent non-league challenge against The St. James Performance Academy (Springfield, VA)
