In Tuesday's league bout, the Kinder Yellowjackets (Kinder, LA) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Rapides Mustangs (Lecompte, LA), by a tally of 11-0.
Next up, the Yellowjackets encounter the Oakdale Warriors (Oakdale, LA) in a 2A District 5 contest, on Thursday, March 12. Kinder will attempt to move on its 13-9 season record.
The Mustangs now possess a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Ouachita for a non-league contest on Saturday, March 14. Rapides will confront a Chiefs squad coming off a 15-0 league win over Franklin Parish (Winnsboro, LA). The Chiefs record now stands at 6-11.
