Texas High School Baseball - Nederland loses to Hardin-Jefferson

The Hardin-Jefferson Hawks baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Nederland Bulldogs to 3 in the Hawks non-league victory on Thursday.
The Hawks (7-3) will now prepare for their match against Bridge City (Bridge City, TX). The Cardinals go into the non-league match with a 4-2 record. In their last match, Bridge City tipped Longview (Longview, TX), 5-3, in a non-league challenge.
With the defeat, Nederland falls to 4-2 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Port Neches-Groves (Port Neches, TX) to encounter the Indians in a 5A Region III District 21 challenge on Tuesday, March 16. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 2-3. Port Neches-Groves lost 8-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Porter (Porter, TX)
