North Carolina High School Baseball - Holmes loses to Perquimans

The Perquimans Pirates the host Holmes Aces baseball team by a tally of 5-1 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Pirates now hold a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host South Creek for a Four Rivers 1A bout on Tuesday, March 15.

Next, the Aces face the Manteo Redskins (Manteo, NC) in a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A bout, on Tuesday, March 15. Holmes will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record. The Redskins enter the bout with a 3-1 record after their 15-0 non-league win over Cape Hatteras (Buxton, NC).
