California High School Baseball - North loses to Independence

March 11, 2022: Bakersfield, CA 93308

The North Stars baseball team (Bakersfield, CA), was overwhelmed 11-5 in Friday's non-league outing with the visiting Independence Falcons (Bakersfield, CA)

The Falcons now hold a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host Bakersfield Christian for a South Yosemite outing on Wednesday, March 16. Independence will face a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Fowler (Fowler, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-3.

Next, the Stars face the Tehachapi Warriors (Tehachapi, CA) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, March 12. North will attempt to advance on its 6-3 season record. The Warriors enter the outing with a 1-5 record after their 10-4 non-league win over Taft (Taft, CA).
