California High School Volleyball - Mesa over Montebello

In Friday's non-league contest, the Mesa Jackrabbits (Mesa, AZ) volleyball squad were winner over the host Montebello Oilers (Montebello, CA), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Jackrabbits battle the Laguna Beach Breakers (Laguna Beach, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, March 12. Mesa will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Breakers go into the contest with a 7-5 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Woodrow Wilson (Long Beach, CA).

With the loss, Montebello moves to 2-12 on the year. The Oilers travel to Mary Star of the Sea (San Pedro, CA) to battle the Stars in a non-league contest on Friday, March 11. The Stars go into the contest with a record of 2-1. Mary Star of the Sea won 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against Waverly (Pasadena, CA)
