The Huntington Beach Oilers lacrosse team scored 18 points and limited the visiting El Modena Vanguards to 2 in the Oilers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Oilers (4-4) will now prepare for their game against Woodrow Wilson (Long Beach, CA). The Bruins enter the non-league game with a 1-4 record. In their last game, Woodrow Wilson was overwhelmed by Temecula Valley (Temecula, CA), 11-1, in a non-league game.

The Vanguards (2-6) will now prepare for their game against Esperanza (Anaheim, CA). The Aztecs enter the Crestview game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Esperanza toppled Valencia (Placentia, CA), 12-0, in a non-league game.
