The Burns Bulldogs smashed the visiting Kings Mountain Mountaineers soccer squad by a margin of 5-1 in Friday's non-league match.
The Bulldogs now sport a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Bandys for a non-league match on Monday, March 14. Burns will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Langtree Charter (Mooresville, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Kings Mountain drops to 0-3 on the season. The Mountaineers host Huss (Gastonia, NC) to encounter the Huskies in a Big South 3A match on Tuesday, March 15. The Huskies come into the match with a record of 0-1. Huss lost 5-0 in their recent non-league match against West Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC)
