The crowd at Friday's non-league test between the South Point Red Raiders (Belmont, NC) and the host Hibriten Panthers (Lenoir, NC), saw South Point's soccer squad knock off Hibriten by a margin of 2-0.
The Red Raiders now sport a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Stuart W. Cramer for a Big South 3A test on Tuesday, March 15. South Point will meet a Storm squad coming off a 9-0 non-league win over West Charlotte (Charlotte, NC). The Storm record now stands at 3-0.
With the loss, Hibriten drops to 5-1 on the season. The Panthers host Foard (Newton, NC) to meet the Tigers in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 15. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 4-0. Foard won 6-0 in their recent non-league test against Maiden (Maiden, NC)
