Dixie Flyers (St. George, UT) supporters were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Maple Mountain Golden Eagles (Spanish Fork, UT), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Flyers confront the Skyridge Falcons (Lehi, UT) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 12. Dixie will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Bonneville (Washington Terrace, UT).
The Golden Eagles now possess a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Desert Hills for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 12. Maple Mountain will confront a Thunder team coming off a 5-2 non-league loss to Morgan (Morgan, UT). The Thunder record now stands at 1-1.
