In Friday's non-league contest, the Wasatch Wasps (Heber City, UT) softball team held off the host Clearfield Falcons (Clearfield, UT), by a margin of 6-5.

With the triumph, Wasatch moves its record to 4-0 on the year. The Wasps host Dixie (St. George, UT) to play the Flyers in a non-league contest on Friday, March 11. The Flyers come into the contest with a record of 0-0.

In their next game, the Falcons play the Sky View Bobcats (Smithfield, UT) in a non-league contest, on Friday, March 11. Clearfield will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Bobcats come into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 8-6 non-league loss to Crimson Cliffs (Washington, UT).
