The Blackhawks now sport a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Wilkes Central for a Foothills 2A match on Tuesday, March 15. West Wilkes will face a Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to East Wilkes (Ronda, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Elkin falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Buckin' elks travel to North Stokes (Danbury, NC) to face the Vikings in a Northwest 1A match on Tuesday, March 15. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 3-0. North Stokes won 20-0 in their recent non-league match against Bethany (Summerfield, NC)
