Oaks Christian Lions (Westlake Village, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Lehi Pioneers (Lehi, UT), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Lions now own a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mountain Ridge for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 12. Oaks Christian will battle a Sentinels squad coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Sierra Vista (Las Vegas, NV). The Sentinels record now stands at 4-0.

With the loss, Lehi falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to Durango (Las Vegas, NV) to battle the Trailblazers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 12. The Trailblazers enter the challenge with a record of 0-5. Durango lost 15-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV)
