North Carolina High School Baseball - Salisbury loses to East Surry

The East Surry Cardinals crushed the visiting Salisbury Hornets baseball team by a count of 15-5 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Cardinals now possess a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Forbush for a Foothills 2A bout on Tuesday, March 14. East Surry will face a Falcons team coming off a 7-0 non-league win over Starmount (Boonville, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 3-2.
Next, the Hornets face the Thomasville Bulldogs (Thomasville, NC) in a Central Carolina 1A/2A bout, on Monday, March 13. Salisbury will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Bulldogs enter the bout with a 2-2 record after their 10-0 non-league loss to Leadership Academy (Kernersville, NC).
