In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Ford Panthers baseball team scored a tight 3-2 victory over the Kemp Yellowjackets.
The Panthers (7-6) will now prepare for their game against Wills Point (Wills Point, TX). The Tigers go into the 4A Region II District 14 game with a 1-2 record. In their last game, Wills Point tipped Jacksonville (Jacksonville, TX), 4-0, in a non-league game.
