With the win, Deer Valley upgrades its record to 2-4 on the year. The Wolverines travel to Pittsburg (Pittsburg, CA) to confront the Pirates in a non-league game on Saturday, March 11. The Pirates enter the game with a record of 3-2. Pittsburg lost 2-1 in their recent non-league game against Northgate (Walnut Creek, CA)

The Bulldogs (7-3) will now prepare for their match against Freedom (Oakley, CA). The Falcons come into the non-league match with a 3-2 record. In their last match, Freedom was beaten by Northgate (Walnut Creek, CA), 2-0, in a non-league match.
