The crowd at Saturday's league bout between the Westfield Shamrocks (Westfield, IN) and the host McCutcheon Mavericks (Lafayette, IN), saw Westfield's volleyball squad beat McCutcheon by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Westfield upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Shamrocks host Lafayette Jefferson (Lafayette, IN) to play the Bronchos in a bout on Tuesday, March 14. The Bronchos go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

The Mavericks now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Zionsville for a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 25.
