In Saturday's non-league contest, the South Spartans (Torrance, CA) volleyball squad edged the host Los Altos Conquerors (Hacienda Heights, CA), by a margin of 1-0.

Next up, the Spartans battle the Warren Bears (Downey, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, March 11. South will attempt to better on its 17-2 season record. The Bears come into the contest with a 4-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Valley Christian (Cerritos, CA).

With the loss, Los Altos drops to 13-6 on the campaign. The Conquerors travel to Sierra Vista (Baldwin Park, CA) to battle the Dons in a Miramonte contest on Tuesday, March 14. The Dons come into the contest with a record of 4-4. Sierra Vista won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against The Webb Schools (Claremont, CA)
