The Mater Dei Catholic Crusaders topped the host San Fernando Tigers volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Crusaders now have a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Paraclete for a non-league test on Saturday, March 11.
The Tigers (0-8) will now prepare for their test against Oakwood (North Hollywood, CA). The Owls enter the non-league test with a 4-7 record. In their last test, Oakwood gained a win over Le Lycee (Los Angeles, CA), 3-2, in a league test.
