California High School Lacrosse - Corona del Mar drops to St. John's

In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting St. John's Mavericks lacrosse squad scored a tight 16-9 victory over the Corona del Mar Sea Kings.
The Mavericks now have a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Santa Margarita for a non-league test on Monday, March 13. St. John's will face a Eagles squad coming off a 17-12 non-league loss to Mira Costa (Manhattan Beach, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-6.
In their next game, the Sea Kings face the Tesoro Titans (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, March 14. Corona del Mar will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Titans come into the test with a 1-7 record after their 22-5 non-league loss to Huntington Beach (Huntington Beach, CA).
