Frederick Douglass Broncos (Lexington, KY) boosters exited the stadium content Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the host South Warren Spartans (Bowling Green, KY), 11-8 in a non-league battle.

The Broncos now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Oldham for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 14. Frederick Douglass will clash with a Dragons squad coming off a 12-9 non-league win over South Bend St. Joseph (South Bend, IN). The Dragons record now stands at 2-0.

In their next game, the Spartans clash with the North Hardin Trojans (Radcliff, KY) in a KLA South - 3 battle, on Monday, March 13. South Warren will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Trojans come into the battle with a 1-0 record after their 15-3 non-league win over Atherton (Louisville, KY).
