Alabama High School Softball - Beauregard holds off Woodland

The Beauregard Hornets the host Woodland Bobcats softball squad by a count of 5-3 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Hornets (10-5) will now prepare for their battle against Saint James (Montgomery, AL). The Trojans go into the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Saint James by Elmore County (Eclectic, AL), 10-7, in a non-league battle.
The Bobcats now sport a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Beulah for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 11. Woodland will confront a Bobcats squad coming off a 6-5 league win over Randolph County (Wedowee, AL). The Bobcats record now stands at 7-2.
